To Our Community Based Organizations:

As COVID-19 surged throughout the region over the last year and half, the pandemic took a tremendous toll on Long Island families, businesses, and individuals living in under-served and under-resourced communities. As a result of these hardships, people are in desperate need of assistance.

At HWCLI, we are excited to announce we will be part of the solution by working with other community-based organizations to build a coordinated network of resources & referrals to address a multitude of health, economic, and social care needs for our Long Island populations.

Although this pandemic has exposed tremendous inequities, injustice, and devastation throughout our region, the HWCLI Resource & Referral collaborative will be our opportunity to create better systems together though coalitions and connections and ensure all people of Long Island are receiving the services they need. Join us in being part of the solution.

Let’s Help Together!
