It’s almost here… Health & Welfare Council is excited to announce that our third Halloween ball is just around the corner! This year we’re haunting a new mansion for our ghostly gala! Join us at the Mansion at Oyster Bay, October 24th at 6 PM for an inspiring evening of delicious food, beverages and magical moments. Once again we’ll be honoring two outstanding Long Island teenagers with our 2019 Stewards of Social Justice award. With every ticket and sponsorship purchased, you support our work on behalf of communities across the region.
