  HWCLI offers its community advocates its experience in advocacy, research, policy analysis, outreach and education, service delivery and capacity building. The advocacy efforts of HWCLI coalitions and work groups address systemic issues and barriers on local, state and federal levels. Participation provides a place at the table for individuals and organizations, an opportunity for your voice to be heard and for you to help build the collective voice with which the nonprofit community is heard.
